Cancellation Policy
Consultation: If you need to change or cancel your consultation, we kindly ask for at least 12 hours’ notice.
Treatment: A $500 deposit is required to secure your appointment and reserve dedicated treatment
time. This deposit is non-refundable.
One courtesy reschedule is permitted, provided that at least 48 hours’ notice is given
prior to your scheduled appointment. In such cases, the deposit may be transferred to a
new appointment date.
Cancellations or failure to attend your appointment (no-show) will result in the forfeiture of the deposit, regardless of timing.
